Last Day of School for Kay-Lynn and Ashton

The last day of 1st grade for Ashton and the last day of 3rd grade for Kay-Lynn. I was so glad I could attend their last school colt round up (assembly). They were both honored with the 

"Blue Ribbon Colt Award."

After Colt Round Up, I went to both their class parties. Cayden loves going to all the class parties because he gets to play and eat yummy food! 

Kay-Lynn also received notification that she was elected to be a "Peer Mediator" next year. Which is a HUGE honor! Out of 100 third graders, 54 are nominated by teachers. Then they widdle down the list of kids, interview the ones selected and interview their past teachers. They then choose 12 to be the peer leaders for next year!  She will attend special leadership trainings during school and help younger students. I'm so proud of her!
