Missouri, New Jersey, and Utah. We all stayed at my Mom's house, and we clebrated
Fiesta and Grandma's 80th Birthday.. For those of you who don't know, Fiesta is a huge
week long celebration with all sorts of events, including parades, pinatas, night time
fairs and more... It was a wonderful time.

It looks like you had a blast! What a fun thing to get to do. I've gotta know -- did your mom make Mexican coleslaw for that feast there's a picture of? I assume so! I think I only had it once, but you talked about it all the time. Someday I really need to get the recipe from you. Unless it's a Peterson family secret...
